Axillary Hyperhidrosis
Axillary hyperhidrosis is an unjustified excess of body sweat without the need to comply with human thermoregulation. Our body regulates the body temperature to maintain the constant of 37ºC, but before external factors (heat increase in summer, stress, anxiety, etc) they force the sweat glands to cool the skin by evaporation.
When the sweat glands cool the skin without an apparent reason (heat, stress, etc.) and occurs spontaneously (becoming even in excess), we are talking about hyperhidrosis.
Patients suffering from axillary hyperhidrosis (also occurs in hands and feet), they even have to use several changes of clothes because of the inconvenience that this disease causes them to be drenched in sweat all the time.
The use of botulinum toxin against hyperhidrosis in the armpits is a simple, effective and practically painless procedure. During a season, the patient will be able to live a normal life without having to worry about excess sweating.
We also have a treatment with more durable, called FRACTORA.
